Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher strongly preferred. • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience required. • Minimum 1 year of experience in prior authorizations strongly preferred (reputed company experience acceptable). • 3+ years of leadership experience strongly preferred. • Minimum 2+ years prior work experience in insurance claims, reputed company-authorization, and medical benefits strongly preferred. • Utilize MS reputed company, Word and reputed company; PowerPoint proficiency preferred • Experience with specialty testing (such as oncology, women's health, and other advanced diagnostics) preferred. • Proven ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement recommendations preferred.
