Customer live chat Agent (Remote)

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Duties • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and courtesy. • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. • Assist customers with order processing, returns, and troubleshooting issues. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems. • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback or resolve outstanding issues. • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex inquiries. • Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation purposes. • Handle cash transactions accurately when required. Skills • Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus. • Proven experience in customer support or client services, preferably within a call center environment. • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers positively. • Proficient computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. • Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. • Experience in sales is advantageous but not mandatory. • Ability to type efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. • Cash handling experience is preferred.
