About the Position
The Investigator position in our Remote Surveillance department requires a strong and diverse skillset to drive success. As an Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting covert field surveillance, writing detailed and accurate reports, and submitting them by the required deadlines. This role involves regular travel throughout various regions of the United States, with a main focus on the Midwest Region. You will be required to work varied hours, including holidays and weekends, and overnight stays will be necessary. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct covert field surveillance in a professional and discreet manner
- Write detailed, accurate summaries and reports of surveillance activities
- Submit reports and videos by the required deadlines
- Work varied hours, including holidays and weekends, and be available for overnight stays
- Maintain a clean driving record and operate a company vehicle safely and efficiently
- Upgrade your current internet to a Gigabit speed (company pays for upgrade) to ensure efficient remote work
- Lift up to 60 lbs as required by the job
Essential Qualifications
- Must be at least 25 years of age
- High school education or equivalent is required
- Strong computer skills and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong level of integrity and ethics
- Ability to remain in a seated position for extended periods of time
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
- Further education and experience in a related field is an asset
- Previous experience in surveillance or investigation is desirable
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
