As a Lead IRB Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with the Institutional Review Board to ensure compliance with institutional, federal, and state policies.

• Review items submitted for review by the IRB to confirm adherence to institutional, federal, and state policies.
• Communicate effectively with research investigators and their staff to facilitate the protocol submission, review, and approval process.
