Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and installing complex systems for office environments
- Demonstrated expertise in automation scripting and structures, such as Crestron, AMX, or Extron
- Extensive knowledge of video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams), codecs, and protocols
- Experience with remote monitoring and management tools (e.g., Domotz, OvrC, Crestron Fusion, Utelogy, Ninja)
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and end-users
- Industry certifications like CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I are a plus
- Ability to adapt to changing technology landscapes and quickly acquire new skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related area, and 1 year of relevant experience in infrastructure engineering across domains such as compute, storage, network, mobility, or virtualization-related technologies
- Experience with configuration management, developing automation for provisioning and deployment, and creating and managing service-level objectives (SLOs)/service-level indicators (SLIs) for infrastructure administration availability and performance
