About the Role: Lead, Marketing Technology

We're seeking an experienced and strategic Lead, Marketing Technology to drive the development and optimization of our marketing technology stack. As a key member of our marketing operations team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales operations, IT, and data teams, to implement and optimize marketing technologies that improve campaign performance, enhance personalization, and drive revenue growth. Your technical expertise and business acumen will be instrumental in building the next version of our marketing technology stack, ensuring our teams have the tools and infrastructure needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive demand at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a data-driven marketing technology strategy that enables personalization, analytics, and insights, and a unified customer view across all touchpoints
  • Design and develop the marketing technology roadmap, ensuring the marketing team is equipped with best-in-class tools and platforms to achieve the company's strategic goals
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of marketing technologies, including CRM, automation platforms, analytics, and more, ensuring seamless integration across channels
  • Drive the adoption and implementation of Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solutions to connect marketing systems and automate processes
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing technologists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
  • Manage the MarTech budget, ensuring cost-effective investment in platforms and tools, and negotiate with vendors to optimize contracts and SLAs

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing technology or related roles, with at least 4 years in a leadership or management position
  • Proven experience leading large-scale technology implementations in a marketing environment, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, data management platforms, CDP, and iPaaS
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, customer journeys, and data analytics
  • Experience working within a highly matrixed organization and leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change
  • A passion for continuous learning, innovation, and staying on top of industry trends

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working with MarTech platforms and tools, such as Segment, Marketo, Iterable, Workato, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Hightouch
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

Our compensation package is competitive and includes a range of benefits, including:

  • Base salary range: $123,000 - $242,000 USD
