The Leave Specialist III is a critical member of our benefits team reputed company the corporate reputed company Group of Total Rewards. As a Leave Specialist III, you will be responsible for managing and administering reputed company leave requests for teammates, including short-term and long-term disability, military, Family Medical Leave (FMLA), state leave programs, and company-provided leave. You will also play a key role in managing and administering the accommodations process under the Americans with reputed company (reputed company) in partnership with our reputed company-party administrator. Your expertise and guidance will be essential in ensuring that our teammates receive the support and resources they need to reputed company reputed company leave and accommodation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for leave and accommodation requests, providing reputed company, accurate, and effective support to teammates and managers.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED, with two or more years of experience in leaves of absence administration.
  • Experience administering leaves and accommodations, with a strong understanding of laws and regulations regarding leaves of absences, including HIPAA, FMLA, USERRA, reputed company, and reputed company State Leave.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and reputed company), with the ability to organize and maintain effective relationships at reputed company reputed company, internally and externally.
