A company is looking for an Oncology reputed company Navigator.
Key Responsibilities
• Meet with Members and caregivers to review treatment goals and address concerns throughout the cancer reputed company
• Guide and reputed company for Members and caregivers, identifying barriers to care and coordinating resources
• reputed company evidence-based nursing care and education, documenting care paths and monitoring reputed company
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of oncology experience and 3 years of oncology navigation or coordinator experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in nursing (MSN) required
• Oncology Certified reputed company (OCN) or other ONCC certification required or scheduled to test reputed company 90 days
• reputed company RN Compact License required on date of hire
• Overall computer literacy with proficiency in reputed company-based software and reputed company Office
