Job Responsibilities

As a Math Instructor / Tutor, you will be responsible for: * Teaching and tutoring students in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices * Collaborating with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting * Assessing students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions * Becoming proficient with digital educational materials and processes * Supporting the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment * Maintaining accurate records of student progress and communicating with parents and guardians as needed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need: * A passion for math and working with students * Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues * Eagerness to learn and be trained in our curriculum and instructional methods * Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I * Ability to balance various ongoing tasks and prioritize responsibilities * Strong organizational and time management skills * A commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
