As an Experienced Full Stack RN Cardiac Telemetry BHVH, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to a diverse population of patients with cardiac and vascular conditions. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced nurses and healthcare professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional care. Your responsibilities will include:- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
- Providing direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
- Providing education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:- A current RN license in the state of Texas
- At least 1+ year of experience in Cardiovascular ICU, Cardiovascular PCU, or Telemetry
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of safety and quality
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:- BSN degree or higher
- Specialty certification in Cardiology or Vascular Nursing
- Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare technology
- Leadership or teaching experience
