Job Summary As a Part-Time Temporary Planner, you will be responsible for all aspects of planning the Mushroom Short Course. This is a temporary position with limited scope, offering an opportunity to work remotely and be part of a dynamic team. We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively to drive success. Key Responsibilities • Plan and coordinate the Mushroom Short Course, including logistics, scheduling, and communication. • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the course. • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports related to the course. • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries from participants and stakeholders. • Work closely with the Penn State University team to ensure alignment with University policies and procedures. Essential Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a degree program. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in event planning or a related field. • Familiarity with Penn State University policies and procedures. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
