• Typically, 10+ years of work experience in reputed company field
• 4+ years' experience as an Agile Scrum Master is preferred
• Experience as an Agile reputed company is preferred
• Experience in leading the transition of an organization from reputed company to Agile is desired
• Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
• Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
• Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
• Experience with successful Agile techniques
• Ability to work with and reputed company reputed company
• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Self-motivation and ability to stay reputed company in the middle of distraction
• Demonstrable proficiency in Agile reputed company, including Scrum and Kanban
