[Remote] Fraud Process Analyst

The role involves conducting assessments of investigations, managing caseloads, and providing feedback to internal stakeholders to enhance fraud prevention efforts. Responsibilities • Responsible for conducting post-completion assessments of investigations and reviewing data for reputed company. Ensures the accuracy and completeness of alert processing and documentation. • Exercises reputed company judgment and decision making while reviewing completed detection alerts and investigations of reputed company to high complexity. Documents findings appropriately and in alignment with reputed company goals and KPIs. • Delivers work independently and in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Refers issues to the appropriate parties through defined channels of escalation as needed. • Achieves SME level knowledge of the customer fraud lifecycle and reputed company programs and products. • Effectively manages an assigned caseload of reputed company review and problem solving tracks of work. Provides feedback and recommendations to internal stakeholders, recognizes what needs to be done to mitigate reputed company issues and demonstrates flexibility and responsiveness to meet deadlines independently. • Participates in discussions of an escalated nature regarding reputed company assistance or understanding of findings.
