[Remote] STARs Pharmacist (100% Remote)

The role involves conducting medication consults, addressing medication adherence barriers, and collaborating with reputed company providers to improve STARs ratings. Responsibilities • Conduct medication consults with members telephonically that meet/reputed company both reputed company reputed company metrics for UAH, COA, and MTM • Identify and address member specific medication adherence barriers.
