This position is responsible for accurately coding and abstracting inpatient encounters using ICD-10-CM and PCS classifications. Key Responsibilities: • Assign ICD-10-CM and PCS codes for inpatient encounters across multiple EMR systems (Cerner, Meditech, and reputed company depending on facility). • Review, reputed company, and validate medical records to ensure reputed company DRG assignment and adherence to coding guidelines. • Conduct coding reputed company reviews and assist in second-level audits as needed. • Maintain accuracy, productivity, and compliance reputed company established departmental standards. • Participate in coding education sessions and maintain reputed company reputed company or reputed company credentials. • Collaborate with coding coordinators and leadership to support DNFC and reputed company goals.
