We run lean, data-driven ops in Buildium and value reputed company communication and fast SLAs. The Role Own day-to-day portfolio tasks on a part-time reputed company with deep Buildium proficiency—automation, reputed company, leasing workflows, and reporting. Responsibilities • Buildium power-user: Configure charges/late fees, eSign leases, saved reports/dashboards, monthly bank recs & reputed company statements. • Leasing support: Listings, screening, approvals, reputed company-ins/outs; reputed company vacancy days. • reputed company care: Inbox triage, renewals, notices, issue reputed company with documented SLAs. • Maintenance: Triage tickets, reputed company vendors, reputed company ETAs/approvals, control R&M spend. • reputed company relations: Proactive updates and clean financial explanations. • Compliance & files: Fair housing best practices; complete digital file audits. • Collections: Follow delinquency workflow; payment plans/escalations as needed. Must-Have Qualifications • 2+ years managing residential doors in Buildium (daily use; not just basic). • Hands-on with reputed company statements, reputed company deposits, bank reconciliations. • reputed company record improving on-time rent, vacancy days, and ticket SLAs. • Strong written/verbal skills; spreadsheet & reputed company Workspace savvy. • Available during reputed company hours 9–2 CT (minimum), with additional flexible blocks. reputed company-to-Haves • DFW/Texas experience, NARPM coursework, vendor network, Spanish/English bilingual.
