[Remote] YouTube Ads Specialist (Performance Marketing | Remote, Philippines)

GrowthAssistant is hiring a YouTube Ads Specialist to join their remote team and support one of their U.S.-based clients in the health and wellness industry. The role involves executing and optimizing YouTube Ads campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and conducting competitor research to drive results. Responsibilities • Execute and optimize YouTube Ads campaigns (TrueView, Shorts, In-Stream, Discovery, Performance Max with YouTube inventory). • Monitor campaign performance metrics — view rate, CTR, CPV, ROAS, and conversions — and make data-informed optimizations. • Build and manage campaign structures, including audience targeting, ad groups, UTM setup, and creative QA. • Maintain and update Google Sheets dashboards for campaign tracking. • Conduct competitor research using tools like YouTube Ads Library and Google Trends. • Analyze creative and audience trends and share insights with the marketing team. • Support marketing operations with data organization and creative uploads. Skills • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing YouTube Ads campaigns (setup, optimization, reporting) • Strong understanding of YouTube video ad formats, targeting, and bidding strategies • Proficiency with Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics (or similar tools like Ignite or Amplitude) • Skilled in Google Sheets / Excel for reporting and analysis • Experience in competitor research and market analysis • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with U.S.-based clients • Amenable to work in the night shift (U.S. business hours) • Google Ads Certification (YouTube modules preferred) • 1+ years of experience managing Meta, TikTok, or Display Ads • Familiarity with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) • Experience using tools like Asana, Airtable, or ClickUp • Background in health, beauty, or lifestyle marketing Benefits • $25 monthly perfect attendance bonus • Performance bonus • Anniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years) • $300 referral bonus per successful hire • 7 holiday PTO days/year • 6 regular PTO days/year • Comprehensive HMO plan • Paid Parental Leave Company Overview • GrowthAssistant is a staffing agency that recruits and trains professionals to handle marketing tasks and campaigns for businesses.
