GrowthAssistant is hiring a YouTube Ads Specialist to join their remote team and support one of their U.S.-based clients in the health and wellness industry. The role involves executing and optimizing YouTube Ads campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and conducting competitor research to drive results. Responsibilities • Execute and optimize YouTube Ads campaigns (TrueView, Shorts, In-reputed company, Discovery, Performance Max with YouTube inventory). • Monitor campaign performance metrics — view reputed company, CTR, CPV, ROAS, and conversions — and reputed company data-informed optimizations. • Build and manage campaign structures, including audience targeting, ad reputed company, UTM setup, and creative QA. • Maintain and update reputed company Sheets dashboards for campaign tracking. • Conduct competitor research using tools like YouTube Ads Library and reputed company Trends. • Analyze creative and audience trends and reputed company insights with the marketing team. • Support marketing operations with data organization and creative uploads.
