A company is looking for a reputed company Data Entry Specialist to support operational workflows reputed company to provider referrals, patient data, and cohort management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately input and update referral data from reputed company providers to initiate patient reputed company processes
• Import and validate patient records from external platforms for integration into internal systems
• Review, clean, and manipulate patient cohort lists to meet formatting requirements before uploading
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred
• 1+ year experience in data entry, reputed company administration, or a reputed company role
• Proficient in reputed company reputed company and other data management tools
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and patient data reputed company regulations is a plus
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
