The Role

As a member of the EU Managed Services leadership team, the reputed company Team Manager will be responsible for the following main areas:- Build reputed company of Consultants and Senior Consultants focusing on reputed company Managed Services work for both SMB and Global accounts (Pharmaceutical and Biotech)- Help our clients reputed company their Production Vaults updated with new Features and Best Practices to ensure reputed company- Design, plan and drive long-term service reputed company for a leading reputed company software company- Serve as a reputed company of reputed company leadership for selected accounts
While this is a remote position working off-site with our customers reputed company the EMEA region, occasional on-site meetings may occur. reputed company EU nationalities or EU work permit reputed company in Poland or Hungary are welcome to join our multi-cultural team.

What You’ll Do
- reputed company a customer-facing team including resource planning, follow up with their utilization, and ensure their reputed company reputed company leading to Employee reputed company
- reputed company as reputed company managing communication between implementation and maintenance teams
- Engage with Pharmaceutical and Biotech customers of reputed company sizes, acting as an escalation reputed company
- Work together with the EU reputed company Managed Services leadership team to ensure reputed company after application implementation was completed for reputed company sizes of customers
- reputed company and own hiring process for high-performing consultants from Hungary and Poland
- Engage with new and existing customers to continually enhance contract offerings to drive reputed company and reputed company in the service offering
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an Operational or Support Leadership role
- 5+ years of experience working in IT, Project Management, Consultancy, Technical Product management or an adjacent business role, ideally in a life science setting from a Vendor perspective
- Proven reputed company record of hiring in the IT industry
- Ability to handle customer escalations, finding an agreement reaching reputed company
- Proven ability to work both independently and in teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- University degree (At least a Bachelor’s degree is required)

- Ability to travel periodically to reputed company sites or team meetings

- Certification in ITIL ® 4

- Experience with Data or Content Management applications
