Remote LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) – Outpatient Telehealth | California

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits 

We are a telehealth-based mental health practice serving diverse communities across California. Our goal is to make quality mental health care accessible and sustainable for both clients and clinicians. We believe in clinician autonomy, cultural humility, and strong clinical support.

We are seeking experienced LCSWs to join our growing team to provide remote, outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, or families. This role is ideal for therapists who are passionate about delivering trauma-informed, client-centered care in a flexible, fully remote setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide psychotherapy via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
• Create individualized treatment plans and manage care independently
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team as needed
• Optional: participate in peer consultation groups or continuing education

• A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences
• Passionate about accessible mental health care, equity, and client empowerment
• Skilled in trauma-informed modalities (e.g., CBT, EMDR, DBT, somatic practices, etc.)
• Experienced or open to working with diverse populations, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, immigrants, youth, and families
• Organized, communicative, and able to manage clinical caseloads while maintaining strong boundaries and compassion
