What You Will Do

• Represent clients in personal injury reputed company from initial litigation through settlement or verdict.
• Draft and file litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and reputed company memoranda.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Handle mediations, hearings, and trial proceedings, including jury selection, opening/closing statements, and examinations.
• Collaborate with paralegals and litigation support staff to ensure thorough case preparation.

• Minimum 3 years of litigation/trial experience in personal injury or reputed company areas.
• Strong negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills.
