We are seeking a dynamic and driven DevOps Architect with extensive experience in cloud infrastructure management and deployment, particularly with Kubernetes and Terraform across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The ideal candidate is passionate about designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that streamline development, deployment, and operations processes. A cloud-first and automated deployment mindset is essential.



Responsibilities:



- Collaborate with a global team of ambitious and driven engineers committed to solving challenging problems in the DevOps space and pioneering new concepts and capabilities.

- Contribute to fast-paced cycles of innovation and development, working with industry-leading tools and solutions to keep us at the forefront of DevOps.

- Shape the architecture and deployment strategies of our cloud-based applications, contributing to the growth and success of our technology initiatives.

- Manage infrastructure for our enterprise DevSecOps platforms.

- Configure, optimize, document, and support infrastructure components as part of the IT Cloud Operations team.

- Design, build, and deliver cloud computing solutions, hosted services, and underlying software infrastructure.

- Foster collaboration with software product development, architecture, and IT teams to ensure releases are delivered with repeatable and auditable processes.

- Support and troubleshoot scalability, high availability, performance, monitoring, backup, and restores of different environments.

- Assist in the design and implementation for modernization of our tenants' applications as they are moved into cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Ensure overall system reliability, stability, and scalability through rigorous testing and operational support.



Requirements:



- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience managing and building cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.



Preferred:



- 4-6 years of experience in managing cloud-based services or similar.

- 2-4 years of experience with a GIT-based source control system like GitHub or GitLab.

- 2-4 years of experience with CI/CD technologies and tools like Jenkins or GitLab.

- 3-6 years of experience with configuration/provisioning tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Helm.

- 2-4 years of experience in managing systems in the Linux and Windows ecosystems, with containers deployed as Docker on Kubernetes/EKS/AKS.

- Experience with automation via scripting languages such as Groovy, Go, Bash, or Python.

- 4-6 years of experience with cloud environments in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and their equivalent networking stacks (DNS, VPN, VPC, LBs, Proxies, etc.).

- 2-4 years of experience with monitoring services such as Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, Datadog, CloudWatch/CloudTrail.

- 1-2 years of working knowledge of databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

- Excellent problem-solving attitude and collaborative team spirit in a global environment.
