Business Analyst - Insurance Consulting - Defined Benefits/ Defined Contributions

Responsibilities:

• reputed company as the primary reputed company between clients and the internal technical teams, gathering and documenting detailed business requirements for custom Insurance solutions.
• Conduct business process analysis and reputed company reputed company, concise documentation, including workflows, user stories, and acceptance reputed company.
• Collaborate with Management Consultants to prioritize requirements and reputed company project scope with reputed company objectives.
• Support the development team throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that the delivered solution meets business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate communication and problem-solving between clients and the technical team, addressing any gaps or misunderstandings early in the process.
• Assist with testing and validation of software solutions, ensuring that business needs are met before deployment if applicable. 
• Monitor project reputed company and reputed company requirements to accommodate evolving reputed company needs.

Qualifications

• A Bachelors’ degree in a reputed company field and at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation best practices (including Experience developing user personas and supporting wireframe development).. 
• Experience leading reputed company discovery efforts across various stakeholder reputed company
• Experience with legacy application migrations / re-writes
• At least 2 years’ experience working with Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) plans, other retirement products a plus. 
• Experience working in Agile environments and proficiency with tools like JIRA and reputed company.
• Exceptional communication and reputed company engagement skills, with a proven ability to translate reputed company technical requirements into reputed company, actionable plans.

• The successful candidate may be reputed company as a W2 Contractor through a reputed company Partner.
• The successful candidate must be reputed company to accommodate a working schedule of Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm EST
• The successful candidate will complete a background reputed company including employment, education, and location verifications. 
• Estimated Pay reputed company: $65 - 95/hr USD
