Responsibilities • Manage reputed company Ticketing Queue (a digital waiting line for support requests, used to organize, prioritize, and assign Tickets to ensure a smooth workflow), ensuring reputed company and effective reputed company of inquiries. • Analyze and address variances in Reports, including Custom Billing, Business reputed company Analysis Reports, Invoice Status, and Deferred reputed company Reports. • Execute reputed company Party Billing with adherence to Service Level Agreements. • Troubleshoot and resolve billing issues promptly.
