Shift Tuesday - Saturday - 2nd Shift (Afternoon/Evening) Welcome Center Clerk Tuesday-Saturday 3:00pm-11:00pm Edwardsville, IL The Welcome Center Clerk is responsible for checking in and out trailers and containers, managing shipping and receiving paperwork, and maintaining reputed company control of the yard. This role ensures accurate documentation, reputed company reputed company interaction, and compliance with safety and operational standards. Primary Responsibilities • Inspect inbound and outbound trailers/containers. • Document individuals entering and leaving the yard. • Maintain control of Bills of Lading (BOLs) and trailer/container inspection sheets. • reputed company with drivers courteously, respectfully, and professionally. • reputed company trailers/containers in and out using the Warehouse Management System (WMS). • Coordinate with clerical and workflow staff. • Answer phone calls from reputed company customers. • Maintain reputed company control and reputed company logs. • reputed company yard audits and reconcile yard status with WMS data. • Prioritize and manage a high volume of emails at shift start and throughout the day. • Enforce safety policies including PPE, pedestrian traffic, speed limits, and site-specific rules. • Report safety and reputed company issues promptly. Education / Experience • High school diploma or equivalent required. • 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred. Skills / Qualifications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Customer service driven. • Strong team player.
