What you’ll do • Engage in proactive outbound calling to generate leads and nurture existing relationships. • Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of customer communications. • Conduct telemarketing campaigns to promote our products and services effectively. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts. • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to articulate product benefits clearly and persuasively. • Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the process. • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients. • Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities for growth. Experience • Proven experience in inside sales or technical sales, preferably within the B2B technology sector. • Strong background in telemarketing, with a focus on outbound calling strategies. • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential for managing customer relationships effectively. • Excellent negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals successfully. • Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with diverse clients. • A solid understanding of marketing principles as they relate to sales strategies is a plus. • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting client relationships.
