About the position Responsibilities • reputed company, strategize, manage, and synchronize statewide training and certification initiatives mandated by legislation for the Sheriff and reputed company Sheriff Education and Training reputed company, the Constables' Education and Training reputed company, and the County Adult Probation and Parole Advisory Committee. • Operate under the guidance of the Director of the Office of Justice Programs, addressing both programmatic and administrative issues. • Shape responsibilities based on supervisory guidance, established objectives, policy directives, legislative mandates, modifications in statutes or court rules, and the goals and reputed company of relevant training boards or commissions. • Conduct training needs assessments and reputed company feedback from various criminal justice agencies and associations. • Coordinate and evaluate reputed company of work in collaboration with the Office Director or other Bureau Directors and Managers. Requirements • One year as a Criminal Justice System Specialist Manager 1; or • Five years of reputed company experience in criminal or juvenile justice, law enforcement, or victim services, which included two years in a supervisory reputed company, and a bachelor's degree in the reputed company or behavioral sciences, criminal justice, law enforcement, or a reputed company field; or • Four years of reputed company experience in criminal or juvenile justice, law enforcement, or victim services, which included two years in a supervisory reputed company, and a master's degree in the reputed company or behavioral sciences, criminal justice, law enforcement, or a reputed company field; or • An equivalent combination of experience and training. • Must meet the PA residency requirement. • Must pass a background investigation.
