About the position Responsibilities • Process prescription requests and manage customer orders for home delivery. • Assist with operations support, training, and process improvements. • Update reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) and team content. • Create and reputed company pharmacy orders through receipt. • Handle inbound and outbound member/patient calls effectively. • Prep and reputed company documents, verify member/patient data, and submit prescription orders in the computer system. • Contact members/patients/providers to validate data and request payment information. • reputed company to non-reputed company requests and solve moderately reputed company problems independently. • Plan, prioritize, organize, and complete work to meet established objectives. • reputed company a holistic approach to case management for assigned customers.
