Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Operations Manager and Coach Trainee for the USA market. This role is designed for someone who is passionate about leadership, customer service, and operational excellence. As a Coach/Ops Mgr Trainee, you will be responsible for leading and developing teams, driving financial performance and sales, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates. This includes touring stores, providing feedback, and communicating with all levels of associates regarding store operations, technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards to store associates, following and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model. Manage and support customer service initiatives, ensure customer needs are met, and develop action plans to correct deficiencies.
  • Financial Performance and Sales: Drive the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing budgets, forecasting expenses, and ensuring effective merchandise presentation and operational processes.
  • Supervision and Development: Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, and ensuring diversity and inclusion awareness.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting the company's mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Implement related action plans, utilize and support the Open Door Policy, and provide direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet one of the following minimum qualification requirements:

  • 2 years of college
  • 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
  • 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience

Additionally, for facilities that sell firearms, you must be willing to complete a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training. For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state-specific requirements, you may need a current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
  • Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
