About the Role: Virtual Assistant – Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team of remote professionals. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless communication, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, organize correspondence, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and organize databases, reports, and other documents to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and develop engaging content to enhance our online presence
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employer and client information with discretion and professionalism
  • Take notes or transcribe meetings, and ensure that all actions items are documented and followed up on
  • Schedule meetings, arrange employers' calendars, and book meeting spaces and conference rooms as needed
  • Presentation and customer service: develop and deliver high-quality presentations, and provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
  • Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Prepare and create PowerPoint presentations, research materials, and sources for presentations as needed

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, and other technology tools
  • Knowledgeable in technology to communicate via computer, smartphone, or text
  • Highly organized and able to multitask, work well with fast-paced directions and instructions, and manage time effectively and efficiently
  • Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and presentation skills, with the ability to work nights, weekends, extended hours, and holidays as needed
  • Two years of previous experience handling assistant or administrative responsibilities, or experience in customer service or related field preferred
