About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Online Elementary Interventionist to join our team of educators who are passionate about driving student success and growth. As an Online Elementary Interventionist, you will play a vital role in supporting struggling students and collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective intervention strategies. Key Responsibilities
As an Online Elementary Interventionist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Implementing quality, research-based interventions that drive student growth and academic performance
- Creating and utilizing individualized lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
- Collaborating with administration, teachers, and other stakeholders to support struggling students and develop effective intervention strategies
- Communicating with families and caregivers regarding student progress and providing regular updates on their child's performance
- Delivering online instruction to small groups of students and assessing their progress in-person and online
- Collecting and analyzing data to inform instruction and drive student growth
- Documenting interventions and outcomes, and using this data to refine and improve our intervention strategies
- Working collaboratively with our team to develop and implement new initiatives and programs that support student success and growth
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- A valid Elementary Teaching License, with the ability to obtain teaching certification in Arizona, Colorado, and Washington
- At least 3 years of classroom experience and/or interventionist experience, specifically teaching reading and math at the elementary level
- A strong background in technology, with advanced technology skills including basic troubleshooting, site navigation, and proficiency with spreadsheets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to aggregate and analyze data to inform instruction and drive student growth
- Strict attention to detail, with the ability to achieve daily performance metrics and meet the expectations of the role
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are preferred:
- Experience working with online learning platforms and technology
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to use data to inform instruction and drive student growth
- Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and with varying learning needs

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As an Online Elementary Interventionist, you will be eligible for a range of benefits, including:
- A competitive salary package, with a salary range of $48,000 - $52,000 per year
- Medical, dental, and vision employee coverage for as little as $1 each per month
- Personal paid time off in addition to major holidays
- Short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance, life insurance, and AD&D insurance, all 100% paid by the employer
- A 401(k) with employer contributing a dollar-for-dollar match of employee contributions up to 5% of employee earnings
