Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Overnight Customer Support Lead to join our team in a 100% remote work environment. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising our service team, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that our front-end operations and programs are running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Service Team in the store, including cashiering, front-end, and recovery functions.
- Provide feedback to store leadership regarding the team's performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Responsible for activities related to the achievement of customer service standards, front-end operations, and program compliance, training, and day-to-day operational tasks, including recovery.
- Provide leadership and direction to floor associates and ensure that store, merchandising, and customer service standards are continuously met, including merchandise presentation, signage, recovery, and cleanliness.
- Drive the customer experience and ensure resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain, supervise, and comply with the Hazardous Waste program.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum two years of retail management experience.
- Ability to unload freight, move product on and off store shelves, walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and move freely throughout the store on a continual basis.
- Availability to work a variable schedule of up to 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic English literacy, math, and PC skills.

While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail.
- Leadership experience, preferably in a team management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
