Our company culture is built on the principles of inclusivity, respect, engagement, and reward, making us an exceptional workplace that values diversity and promotes growth. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Patient Records Coordinator to join our team in a remote work arrangement in Florida. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing patient documentation, notifying reimbursement of missing documentation, and monitoring unbilled claims for missing documentation. You will also facilitate the patient benefit reauthorization process and perform routine clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and scanning. **Key Responsibilities** * Tracks documentation for completion by patient/physician, verifies for accuracy and completeness once returned * Facilitates "Referral received notification" back to referral source * Performs routine clerical duties such as data entry, filing, compiling and/or posting records, and photocopying as needed in the department * Scans, indexes, processes incoming faxes, and assists with referral tracking * Accepts other responsibilities and duties that may be assigned **Supervisory Responsibilities** This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. **Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements** * High School Diploma or equivalent * 0-6 months of relevant experience **Basic Qualifications & Interests (BQIs)** * Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font style and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save functions, aligning text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a column, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check and/or printing worksheets) * Basic level skill in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and aligning text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and column width, sorting, inserting bullets, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, undo, spell check, track changes, review pane, and/or print functions) **Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs)** * Previous infusion medical billing/collections or intake/admissions experience * 1 year of direct experience **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: $16.08-$24.72 (determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data) * Benefits: + 401(k) + Dental Insurance + Disability Insurance + Health Insurance + Life Insurance + Paid Time off + Vision Insurance **Equal Employment Opportunity** Option Care Health subscribes to a policy of equal employment opportunity, making employment available without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, citizenship status according to the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, veteran status, or genetic information. **Why Join Our Team?** At Option Care Health, we are committed to developing a culture that is more inclusive, respectful, engaging, and rewarding for all team members.
