Remote position with travel to clinics throughout the US. Candidates should be in Central Time Zones. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.

• Monitor reputed company prevalence for reputed company center to ensure maximum fistula and graft use; and minimum catheter use.
• Responsible for communication reputed company to vascular reputed company management Policies and Procedures to reputed company facility vascular reputed company contact across the region.
• Collaborate with Clinical Specialist on staff and patient training and education needs.
• Utilize and support staff adoption and use of USRC tools.
• Review monthly reputed company facility referrals for permanent reputed company placement and reputed company of those referrals with the Area Director/Regional Director.
• Identify the facilities with higher than expected catheter rates and work closely with Facility Administrator, Medical Director and clinic vascular reputed company contact to create improvement plan.
• Follow up on reputed company improvement plans monthly to ensure plans are reputed company and implemented. As necessary, reputed company facilities with catheter rates over region or reputed company reputed company goals to ensure plans of correction are in reputed company.
• Work closely with vascular reputed company center staff to communicate specific needs regarding scheduling, etc. to reputed company facility.
• Meet with vascular reputed company surgeons quarterly or more frequently as needed.

• Participate in planning and delivery of patient and staff celebrations.
• Travel to facilities in assigned region as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Requirements include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer proficiency with reputed company Office (including Word and reputed company) required.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of the English language and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.

• A minimum of 2 years experience in reputed company preferred.
