Administrative Assistant I, Inflight Innovation and Delivery
About the position
Responsibilities
• Review, verify and prepare various department reports, including commission reports and weekly attendance and performance spreadsheet uploads
• Provide excellent service to internal customers through phone, email, and online support inquiries
• Contribute and assist with project initiatives, including administrative tasks associated with the implementation of new systems, tasks, and methods
• Complete transactions for computer and system access
• Sort, track and file data and correspondence
• Process time-sensitive requests
• Efficiently communicate with leadership within the department to address operational inquiries
Requirements
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 1 year of prior administrative experience
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Nice-to-haves
• Current or previous Inflight or Flight Attendant experience
