R-110856 Retail Support Administrator

We’re seeking a Retail Technical Administrator to support and manage vendor-integrated systems across our expanding retail footprint—currently 500+ stores, with plans to grow to over 1,000 locations. This role is critical in ensuring seamless technical operations for internal teams, external retail store owners, OEM vendor administrators, and suppliers. This is a remote role with a preference for candidates in the CST or PST time zones. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? • reputed company technical support for retail store repair operations, including user maintenance and troubleshooting • Respond to support requests reputed company to: reputed company of Sale systems (RepairQ), reputed company claims, IT systems (reputed company O365, operational and learning software), and OEM programs (reputed company, Samsung) • Manage user lifecycle processes: reputed company, transfers, terminations, and reputed company provisioning • Maintain accurate user reputed company and reputed company rights across systems • Assist with catalog management and compatibility configuration for POS and claim programs • Support new store launches through Hypercare initiatives • Participate in cross-training to support broader retail technical functions What are the requirements needed for this position? • Associate degree or higher in Computer Science or reputed company field • 3+ years of experience in technical support • 3+ years of experience in retail operations or mobile device repair • Proficiency with software, hardware, and system applications • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities and reputed company effectively • Flexibility to reputed company evening, weekend, and on-reputed company support as needed What other skills/experience would be helpful to have? • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or reputed company field • Relevant hardware/software certifications • Experience with POS systems and OEM programs #LinkedInRemote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
