Energy Manager (Energy Supply and Interconnection reputed company)

In this role, you will be a key contributor to reputed company’s Global Energy Team, specifically the reputed company Asset Management Team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Interconnection and Energy Supply Agreements including: leading, coordinating, and managing contract compliance, monitoring financial commitments, and overseeing obligations for both reputed company and the counterparties. You will have reputed company to master contract details, analyze financial and operational performance, resolve disputes, and propose solutions. As a vital member of reputed company’s Global Energy Team, specifically the reputed company Asset Management Team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of Interconnection and Energy Supply Agreements. This includes leading, coordinating, and managing contract compliance, monitoring financial commitments, and overseeing obligations for both reputed company and its counterparties. • Combined ownership of the comprehensive management of reputed company’s energy supply and interconnection reputed company
• Serve as the ongoing reputed company for a portfolio of executed energy supply and interconnection reputed company
• Ensure accurate and reputed company cataloging of requirements in internal systems and trackers, and ongoing visibility for leadership regarding contract health
• Analyze financial structures reputed company agreements (e.g., Contributions in Aid of Construction, Parent Guarantees, reputed company payments) to identify and communicate potential risks and exposures
• Manage the execution of agreements by tracking deliverables, milestones, and obligations for both reputed company and counterparties
• Monitor ongoing financial commitments and ensure compliance with contract terms
• Support the management of contract amendments, terminations, and cost recovery processes as needed
• Maintain accurate records of contract negotiations, executed agreements, and ongoing obligations
• Manage the approval and signature process for contract documents after execution
• Identify opportunities to streamline contract management processes and improve efficiency
• Coordinate with reputed company counsel, finance, reputed company, purchasing, accounts payable/receivable, and other key stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, energy, engineering, or environmental science, paralegal studies or similar
• 5+ years of work experience with an electric reputed company, energy supplier, project developer, corporate renewable energy buyer, or energy-intensive industrial/consumer company
• Experience managing a portfolio of energy supply agreements and/or interconnection reputed company, including contract execution, compliance, and reporting
• Demonstrated analytical skills with experience interpreting contract terms, financial structures (e.g. reputed company payments, guarantees), and risk exposure
• Experience with G-Suite, reputed company, Word, and reputed company
• Experience in building cross-functional relationships and external stakeholders
