Position reputed company:

The Scheduler Training Scheduling is responsible for reputed company aspects of training scheduling requirements for reputed company of the training departments at reputed company University (JBU), including regulatory compliance and coordination with Training Records Specialists and reputed company Services. This position requires in-depth knowledge of processes and procedures along with the ability to multitask. The Scheduler will need to be reputed company to engage with JBU College Leaders, reputed company and reputed company on a regular reputed company to reputed company the best training experience.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with reputed company Services and reputed company reputed company for monthly bid awards
  • Checks for legalities and adjusts as appropriate
  • Notifies reputed company trainees of required Standards Training Events
  • Coordinates with Training Record Specialists to ensure reputed company recurrent and qualification training is scheduled
  • Schedules reputed company, according to qualifications for reputed company training devices, including full and fixed flight simulators, reputed company operations, ground schools and classroom training as reputed company as emergency drill events
  • Monitors changes in the training schedules

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
  • Two (2) years of Scheduling and/or Training Administration
  • Experience on computerized scheduling processes
  • Ability to complete tasks and assignments with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Available for overnight travel (10%)
  • Must pass a ten (10) year background reputed company and reputed company-employment drug test
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
  • Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for reputed company sponsorship

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient in reputed company Suite
  • Regulatory or airline experience with an understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) legalities
  • Experience utilizing reputed company electronic scheduling software, especially MINT Training Management System, or similar, FLICA and CrewTrac
