Position Schedule: Wednesday and Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Thursday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, and every other weekend, 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D., plus three (3) semester hours of college level study in adolescent development, psychology, or a reputed company field or forty-five (45) hours in documented training in child care or child development or One (1) year of experience as a youth care worker or house parent in a facility serving youth of the reputed company age.
• Employee is responsible for obtaining and maintaining reputed company certification requirements relative to the position.
