Key Responsibilities – What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Inbound Call Management: Receive and handle calls transferred from contact‑center representatives, providing clear, accurate information to patients, providers, and prescribers. Resolve inquiries or appropriately route calls to pharmacists.
  • Prescription Data Entry: Accurately translate prescriber instructions into the patient’s electronic profile, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, including controlled‑substance handling where applicable.
  • Quality Assurance & Reporting: Conduct real‑time verification of prescription details, report adverse events, and document any discrepancies or potential safety concerns.
