  • Cleaning & Sanitization: Conduct systematic cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing of production areas, equipment, floors, walls, and ceilings in accordance with GMP and corporate hygiene protocols.
  • Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Compliance: Rigorously follow LOTO procedures during equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or emergency shutdowns to ensure personal and colleague safety.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Accurately fill out production logs, equipment run sheets, and incident reports; communicate observations to shift supervisors and the quality team in a timely manner.
  • Cross‑Functional Support: Provide relief for fellow operators when required, assist in minor mechanical adjustments, and collaborate with maintenance technicians to resolve equipment issues quickly.
