About the Role: Inside Sales Specialist

As an Inside Sales Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for leveraging digital communications, including live chat and email, to engage with customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via phone calls, emails, and live chat, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.
  • Identify and investigate customer requirements, providing solutions to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Make accurate, rapid cost calculations to provide customers with quotations, and negotiate the terms of agreements to close sales.
  • Provide superior customer service to increase sales opportunities, advise on forthcoming product developments, and upsell special promotions.
  • Check quantities in inventory and order progress with suppliers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Gather market and customer information to provide feedback on future buying trends, identifying new markets and business opportunities.
  • Aim to meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of blithequark.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent sales experience. We welcome candidates with enthusiasm to serve our customers, and we provide weeks of personalized training to learn our products and our business, ensuring that our sales professionals are knowledgeable and well-equipped to succeed.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An enthusiastic and results-driven approach to sales, with industrial/technical product sales, B2B sales, or strong customer service experience.
  • Strong math skills and the ability to learn technical product applications, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, and the ability to type 40 WPM, with a strong team player mentality and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • A high level of professionalism, with strong attention to detail and the ability to demonstrate creativity and initiative in a sales environment.
