Job Overview

This is a 12-month remote project management position based in Seattle, WA. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for program coordination with business stakeholders and project teams, supporting program strategy and prioritization, and driving programs/projects from initiation through delivery. You will interface with clients as required on technical and/or project matters, organize cross-functional activities, and create and maintain program/project schedules and status reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program coordination with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Support program strategy and prioritization to align with business objectives
  • Drive programs/projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Interface with clients as required on technical and/or project matters to provide excellent customer service
  • Organize cross-functional activities to ensure that deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Create and maintain program/project schedules and status reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with program/process owners, stakeholders, and business partners to identify business change and develop effective communications
  • Assist with overall project management and administrative support duties, such as note-taking, task delegation, and maintaining hygiene in Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Monitor and encourage compliance with internal processes to support adherence to program strategy
  • Drive clear program-level communications, provide transparency, and data-driven insights, including preparing content for executive reviews
  • Develop reporting and/or analytics to track program performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Attend sprint planning and sprint review meetings to ensure alignment with Agile methodologies

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of high-tech industry experience in Business Program Management
  • Microsoft Dynamics experience, with a strong understanding of the platform and its applications
  • Microsoft Power Platform experience, with knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
  • Excellent business analysis skills, including understanding data in relation to the business and profiling the data to produce detailed artifacts for executive-level customers
  • Experience creating efficient communications using PowerPoint decks and other presentation tools
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience working in weekly/bi-weekly sprints
  • Working knowledge of ADO, Jira, or Rally, with experience using these tools to track project progress and collaborate with team members
  • Analytics knowledge of Excel, including pivots, lookups, and other advanced functions

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Exposure to managing projects/programs related to modern support solutions, such as bots, virtual agents, live agent chat support, transition, and managing of tools/platforms
  • Experience creating simple Power BI reports sourcing from Azure DevOps (ADO), Excel, or other data sources to gain business insights
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with experience managing business relationships across teams
