Key Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing all purchasing activities, including raw materials buying and vendor management

• Collaborating closely with production and sales teams to align supply with demand

Essential Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a purchasing management role, preferably within the food & beverage industry
• Proven experience in raw materials buying, vendor management, supplier management, and forecasting
• Extensive knowledge of food production, with a particular focus on SQF
• Strong skills in contract management and procurement
• Experience in consumer packaging procurement
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in using various software systems for inventory management and forecasting

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
