Job Overview

As a Recruiter, Commercial Sales, you will play a vital role in our Talent Acquisition team, responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for all levels of our Commercial Sales organization. You will develop and execute hiring strategies to meet monthly targets, partner with hiring managers and teams, and build a network of potential candidates through passive and active sourcing. Your expertise in providing exceptional candidate care and your ability to prioritize multiple searches, projects, and relationships will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on all levels of the Commercial Sales organization, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
  • Develop and execute a hiring strategy to attain monthly hiring targets for sales classes, collaborating with hiring managers and teams to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Partner with and advise hiring managers and hiring teams, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through passive and active sourcing, leveraging social media, job boards, and professional networks to attract top talent.
  • Participate in special virtual events, including recruiting events, career fairs, and networking events, to promote our employer brand and attract potential candidates.
  • Lead or contribute to multiple internal Smartsheet projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve processes.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned, including ad-hoc projects and tasks to support the Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 3+ years of high-volume corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience, supporting a variety of complex roles, including sales and commercial positions.
  • Proven success in hiring evergreen and single-threaded roles, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets.
  • Experience partnering with and advising senior leaders, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches, projects, and relationships simultaneously.
  • A commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience, with a focus on building strong relationships and ensuring timely communication.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis, with the ability to work remotely from any registered location in the U.S.
