Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the retail and skilled trade professions within the manufacturing field. As a TAC Recruiter, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service, managing daily information and candidate data tracking, and resolving problems in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in full-cycle recruitment, combined with your excellent judgment and ability to prioritize work, will enable you to meet objectives and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract retail and skilled trade professionals in the manufacturing field
  • Manage daily client services, including information and candidate data tracking, problem resolution, and participation in client meetings
  • Source, recruit, screen, interview, and assess high volumes of candidates for non-exempt roles
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure the accuracy of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service delivery and maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 2 years of recent high-volume/full-cycle recruitment experience in the manufacturing field. You must be able to work from a home office during standard business hours and have proven experience supporting a high volume of full-cycle requisitions. Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work and handle multiple projects simultaneously are essential.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of high-volume/full-cycle recruitment experience in the manufacturing field
  • Ability to work from a home office during standard business hours
  • Proven experience supporting a high volume of full-cycle requisitions
  • Excellent judgment and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices
  • Excellent customer service delivery and presentation skills
  • Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing and social media strategies
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certifications in recruitment or human resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, CPRW)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $23.00 to $32.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
