We're looking for a dynamic and results-oriented 1099 contract Recruiter to source, attract, and contract with top talent to meet our organization's needs. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, applicant screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including online databases, campus recruitment, and other media
- Communicate regularly with candidates regarding their application status and provide feedback as necessary
- Maintain existing contractor recruiting dashboard, including screening applicants, sending documents, responding to email inquiries, and sending background check invitations
- Conduct weekly maintenance of ads and posting of provided advertisements to multiple recruiting sites in areas of need
- Perform weekly database searches of relevant websites and internal management system database to identify potential candidates
- Provide advice on adding other avenues to include in searches and subsequent searches as those areas are approved by management
- Engage in phone and email interactions with prospective contractors to help them understand the position and provide guidance on how to become qualified
- Develop and implement creative and innovative approaches to finding sources of qualified inspectors
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting, with a strong understanding of recruiting methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Signed 1099 contract, clear background check, and signed Non-disclosure agreement
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on talent acquisition and management
- Strong knowledge of online recruitment platforms, including job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with insurance inspection industry or related field, with a strong understanding of the skills and qualifications required for inspector roles
