This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to work on a one-year contract basis, managing projects for the HIEA in collaboration with SAS project managers and subcontracted J2 developers.

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Project Manager with PMP certification to oversee the project management lifecycle, ensuring that deliverables align with established schedules, budgets, and scope. The ideal candidate will be available to work during core business hours from 8 AM to 5 PM EST, with a mandatory one-hour lunch break. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving project success, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the project management lifecycle to ensure that deliverables align with established schedules, budgets, and scope.
  • Schedule and facilitate the review and approval of critical project artifacts, including abstracts, statements of work, project plans, risk logs, and design documentation.
  • Monitor the timely delivery and updates of these artifacts in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with SAS project managers to create high-level project tracking dashboards and status reports.
  • Participate in operational meetings, ensuring task completion is on schedule.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings with stakeholders, providing effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), including KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, MS Planner, and Asana to track progress and ensure project goals are met.
  • Maintain alignment with the agency's strategic business vision, mission, and priorities.
