We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Processor to join our team. As a Data Entry Processor, you will be responsible for performing data entry with high accuracy, classifying documents, and working on various tasks based on established procedures and guidelines. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Phoenix, AZ. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1-2 Years of Work Experience: You should have at least 1-2 years of experience in a working environment.
- Office Work Environment: You should be comfortable working in an office setting with 40+ hours of work per week.
- Basic PC/Internet Skills: You should have introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, Excel) and basic PC/Internet skills.
- Ability to Sit or Stand for Long Periods: You should be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Self-Motivation and Teamwork: You should be able to work independently and remain self-motivated, as well as effectively work individually or in a team environment.
- Great Customer Service and Organizational Skills: You should have excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Strong Attention to Detail: You should be able to translate information effectively and accurately, with a strong attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Processor, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Data Entry: Perform data entry with high accuracy, per client's requirements.
- Manual Identification: Perform manual identification of different types of forms (MEDI).
- Document Classification: Classify documents based on client's requirements.
- Task Completion: Work on different tasks (Data Entry, Verify, MEDI & other DE tasks) based on established procedures and guidelines.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to problem solve, self-guided.
- Compliance: Comply with company policies and standards.
