As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering contact forecasts that drive cost-effective and comprehensive global capacity planning solutions for our CS network. Your expertise will enable us to optimize our resources, improve service levels, and enhance the overall customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement short-term and long-term contact forecasts using various forecasting techniques across multiple blithequark markets * Lead a team of analysts and managers spread across multiple countries, ensuring low error contact forecasts to meet service level delivery * Collaborate with senior CS leadership to identify drivers for forecast variance and participate in strategic long-term planning initiatives * Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations * Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions * Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results * Develop and implement process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency * Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field * 10+ years of experience in forecasting and planning, with a strong background in data analysis and interpretation * Proven experience managing a team of analytical professionals, including hiring, development, and performance management * Strong technical skills, including SQL, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to share findings in an understandable and actionable manner * Ability to lead successfully in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration **Preferred Qualifications** * MBA or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other business/analytical disciplines * Experience in forecasting, time-series, and multivariate regression, with a strong understanding of statistical modeling and analysis * Combination of technical skills and business savvy to interface with all levels and disciplines across the organization * Proven track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a dynamic environment * Experience using AWS technologies, such as Redshift, S3, etc. * Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills * Natural curiosity and desire to learn, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a global leader in e-commerce * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
